Our COVID-19 dine-in safety policy:

  • We are dine-in by reservation only
  • Guests will be required to check in upon arrival by calling the restaurant and letting us know that you have arrived. (guests will not be permitted in the building until their table is ready)
  • Due to the nature of the virus and the size of our restaurant, we will be placing time restrictions on reservations. (we unfortunately must do this to make reopening a financially viable option)
    • Parties of 3 or fewer ppl will have 1 hour from the time they are seated before we will need to begin the process of sanitizing the tables chairs etc. so that we can reseat the table
    • Parties of 4-6 people with will have 1.5 hours from the time they are seated.
    • Parties of 6+ people will have 2 hours. (Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.)
  • Customers will enter the restaurant at the front door and will be asked to exit from the side fire exit to allow for appropriate social distancing practices.
  • As we have limited tables and in order to be in compliance with JOCO guidelines, the table that you are assigned may not be able to be changed. If you have seating restrictions, please let us know at the time your reservation is made. Otherwise we may not be able to accommodate or honor your reservation.
  • Customers that are sick, or appear to be sick, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to leave. This is for the safety or our guests and our staff. If you are sick or have been around someone who is, please stay home.
  • While we encourage our guests to wear a mask for the safety of others when not at your table we will currently only be requiring our staff to wear them at this time.

We are a 100% wood-fired grill with a scratch kitchen

At Sierra Grill, we pride ourselves in operating a true scratch kitchen where everything is made in-house. We cut our steaks, smoke our meats, double grind our proprietary blend every morning. We use local vendors whenever possible, such as Alchemy cold brew and drip coffee, KC Bier, Martin City Brewery, Boulevard Brewery, Free State Brewery, Sandhills Brewing, and many other. When in season we receive as much local produce as possible, and adjust our menu to reflect these choices.
